Italian Fashion Designer Giambattista Valli Sets Up Shop in India

Giambattista Valli’s ready to wear sets are staged annually during Paris Fashion Week. In 2011, Giambattista Valli launched his first Haute Couture collection, and soon after the brand opened its first store in Paris.  His work has been applauded by critics, his creations are currently considered to be at their peak.

Giambattista Valli will be launching his latest ready-to-wear line, in Moon River in New Delhi. In the short five years, he has managed to quickly became one of the favourite labels of fashionable celebrities worldwide. His famous fans include Penelope Cruz, Sarah Jessica Parker, Diane Kruger, Halle Berry and Brooke Shields. Most recently, Rihanna made headlines by shedding her usual edgy look and donning a princess-like gown from the designer for the Grammy Awards 2015.
